9 months agoSpec wise I can get there around $688 on pc part picker. I would imagine valve could hit a lower price point with selling en masse. That being said if you take in the price point of how small it is that could add some extra cost.

Also Census is suppose to count EVERY one in the states since when put in law some people weren’t citizens. Also Trump tried to do average citizens question on the Census and it got struck down at the Supreme Court
Normies isn’t an elitist term it is a counter culture term for people outside the norm to refer to the general opinion. It is the not like us statement or the fact that there is experience that one would not understand fully unless they are in a subset group.

74·11 months ago…not if you are poor quick check on google. Found the world inequality database. Richest 3% of income is $250k per year usd 240 million people reach this level globally. Richest 6% wealth wise globally is around $1 million usd 480 million people have that wealth which i mean is a lot but that is probably all land and housing. Soooo yeah way less then 1% globally could really afford this boat.

New York state it is $15.50 NYC area $16.5 most states have a higher minimum wage except the deep red states
Usa employers did the math they fire most full-time employees and reduce staffing and only hire part-time workers walmart back in 2011-13 when I worked there only had 8-10 full time employees which were managers and even some department managers would only get 32 hours a week to avoid giving benefits or health insurance. Every one i knew who were full time worked there for 10 + years. Even if you increase minimum wage they will find ways to reduce costs in staffing so you really need to penalize companies

11·2 years agoWhy not both? People are motivated or get things in different ways sometimes I just need the command other times I need to understand why. As for titles of sections the funny or longer chapter lines I might remember better than the simple one.

The actual Emerson college survey has it at 58.7% of the people find the shooters actions as completely unacceptable. True 16.5% find it completely or somewhat acceptable. Lots of neutral and unsure at 15.9% and somewhat unacceptable at 9%.
BTW this poll isn’t perfectly accurate in who they sampled as 37% south,17.7% northeast , 52% women, 18% post doc, 24% college grad,also so many old people versus young. The demographics aren’t properly proportional.

Hmm. Is there any political or judicial will to do anything about Trump or right wing people cheating. We need plausible proof to convict people and if we haven’t arrested Trump for election interference from 2020 by now then what is the point of stressing sure some people should try if these is something but nothing is going to come of it.
The President once elected can still serve even in jail. So yes even if he cheated and we discover something was wrong with election once Kamala conceded Trump won even if she wasn’t mathematically eliminated and it completely turned the tide Trump still would be the next president. I don’t agree with that but yeah. It is as if we discovered someone cheated to get there diploma or degree years after the fact they already got the paper so even if you rescind it to jobs they would still look like a legitimate candidate
What are they expecting for a long term family investment?

Are they abiding by landlord tenant laws?

Lastly how much impact are they having on the larger market?
This is a nuanced issue. We shape policy on the abusers in the market, then we curb financialization and big businesses out of the market, and lastly we strongly protect the people who could be homeless. Lastly if this family survives all the policy, lowering of future returns on investment, and being a law abiding reasonable landlord. Then they are cool.
Being a business leader/owner shouldn’t automatically put you above others so you can abuse others it should be a job in which you provide a service that can be competed against and shouldn’t lead to suffering. If the job you do leads to suffering of others at the profit of your self then it needs to be a subsidized or at service provided by the government or going back to pre 1970s a non for profit business. Although I don’t trust those right now because of our oligarchs abuse of systems.
