For a work email connected to a work LLM, where you don’t particularly care about the privacy implications, LLMs are objectively vastly superior to built-in email search functionality. Especially Outlook.

Exactly. Idk about you, but Trump has undoubtedly cost me way more than $5k with just his 2 years back in office. And that’s before considering the catastrophic long-term effects he’s had on costs.

Those “investors” got their money’s worth in different ways. The point of buying this coin is to receive services, not crypto.

They don’t want Google having access to all of the juicy customer behavior/interests and product pricing information. Any privacy benefit for end users is purely coincidental, but very welcome. Though, I’d hope anyone that cares about privacy even a little bit is staying far away Gmail and others like it.

Which is cool, but also the cameras aren’t exactly inconspicuous. You can easily see them well before you’re in bluetooth range. Or just check deflock.

I work for a large company and they are (or, at least were) open about the fact they they put compensation into a software that everyone in the industry uses, then compare compensation for similar roles across the industry, and determine wages that way. Aka, collude with competitors to keep employee compensation low.
Of course, this year they just decided to keep all the extra money for themselves and give the employees fuck all.
More importantly, where do I sign up?

It’s really bean a long time

Car might make them do work. Petty theft and drug use are quick and easy stat boosters dealing with harmless individuals they can shoot if they get bored.
Game streaming is good, but not perfect. It’s useable, but you do get the occasional stutter, dropped frames, connection issues, etc. Not to mention increased input lag.
If you must have your PC in a different room, you’d be better off buying an optical hdmi cord. That’s what I do for gaming on my TV after playing a few games through various game streaming apps and getting fed up with it.

You can do the exact same thing with Plex, you just don’t need to since automatic remote streaming is built in. In fact, the article’s solution is literally Tailscale.
You can also bypass plex authentication on any ip range you choose, so if you add your local network and plex’s auth service goes down, it’s no big deal.

Advertised? I’d vote no. Discussed? I’m all for it.

Recalls are always repaired for free, by law. They are also compulsory to issue. Otherwise, manufacturers have proven they are more than happy to let people die rather than lose a few bucks.

It isn’t hardware and doesn’t have some kind of proprietary interface that takes time to get used to when switching.
The proprietary interface is kinda the largest selling point, besides the once cheap prices. But the $10 plan going from 300 multi-hour prompts per month to 20 quick prompts per month effectively makes it worthless. Though, you could just pay a few hundred/thousand per month and continue, or bring your own API key from elsewhere, but at that point just use someone else’s interface. It’s not that much better than competitors and copilot isn’t offering anything unique.

3DS, please come back!! The AYN Thor is trying. It would be cool if valve built something like it. Preferably with the autostereoscopic display. I know it’s a gimic and nobody uses it much, but damn is it a cool gimic.

Ah yes, my favorite bourgeoisie group: cosmetic surgeons.

For any platform, really, it’s just that mobile suffers from the “everything must be an app” problem the worst. Luckily, fast food hasn’t gotten bold enough to ask you to install a desktop app when opening their website.
99% of apps can just be websites, and probably 80%+ of them are just PWAs in a wrapper that can be published on an app store.

Electricity. Off-site backup. FOSS project donations. Thigh-high socks. Domains.
I’d argue this is positive coverage for Anthropic. They rightfully reported the incident. End of story. That’s where Anthropic’s influence on the situation started and ended.
It’s a criminal case, not civil. The state of Flordia is pursuing the case with absolutely zero decision making from Anthropic. It’s important to understand how the justice system works, and Anthropic has no more right or ability to influence this case than Moleskine would if she had written the threat in one of their notebooks instead.
