Very cute cat for sure, but now I am curious to know where it is. Looking at the buildings and traffic sign, my guess is Germany, but could be elsewhere in europe…
Ah the old days in the UK were like this. Now you will not see any place that isn’t covered in yellow lines and millions of ugly road signs and crossings in positions where you shouldn’t need one but they no longer teach the Green Cross Code to young children.
And traffic lights on roundabouts. Give me strength.
Maybe the UK because of the tarmac sidewalks. Though that blue street sign doesn’t look like it’s from the UK. Probably Central Europe. Could be Austria

Doesn’t look particularly german (traffic signs don’t fit), but definitely european.
