I get job offers several times a week. Every time They’re AI, and every time I just tell them to have a human contact me.

In some areas the interview process became so crazy that passing the interview is a rather separate knowledge. Using LLMs is an adequate answer to this ridiculousness.

I’ve generally found companies that make interviewing it’s own esoteric challenge are not places you want to work at anyways.

also getting pas the AI-generated screening process is another challenge that you have to get past first, before the AI interviews.

What’s the suggestion, that people should want to put their passion and effort into finding a new boss and set of restrictions on their time just to afford rent/food?

Face it, society is a bad deal. Sure it’s better than nothing or a poorer country. But people shouldn’t have to be stoked or going through burnout just to find a job.

AI job applications are an inevitable time saver for the poor and overwhelmed.

I’ll say this, you get asked “Why do you want to work here?” because “I need money, you stupid fucking moron.” But wait let me write you a epic story as to why I want to sit in an office and do mundane work. Letting AI battle AI sounds like a better solution; as if these twats haven’t been using llm variations for years. “Use keywords in your resume” is enough said. I had a AI interview recently and I tortured it like I torture git copilot.

I don’t want to deal with a bunch of people having to get in a room just to interview them. So, no.

poor interviewer and his/her convenience. you know what I don’t want? I don’t want you to record my face and my voice with your computer, and neither do I want ms teams or zoom to do that, and this is not for convenience but my personal safety, as most people should practice too. but I guess me the interviewee is worthless and my preference can be freely ignored, and your convenience is of utmost importance.
