The Finnish government has given the owners of Russian-registered vehicles six months to get their cars out of Finland.

    Why are they abandoned there? How did it happen? Is it because of the one way travel from Russia?

      I would guess the general behaviour pattern is something like the following:

      1. Drive out of Russia
      2. Fly the fuck away
      3. Never come back

      And, if you’re an oligarch:
      4. Stay away from windows
