- inevitably the judge’s ruling is subject to appeal, and
- the article states the ruling is backed by the ethics board’s decision on the first objection that there is no conflict.
Then why have the prosecutors not appealed cannon’s decision to not step aside?
I think they have which could be why the Ethics Board reviewed the situation and made a call. Or will after the trial is all done.
