Ne Ausbildung wär schon was tolles. Danach ist man halt nicht immer nur der Hilfs-Nappel. Arbeite aber auch schon lange nicht mehr in der Branche in der ich mal gelernt hatte, bin also auch nur ganz einfacher ungelernter Angestellter.

Das wichtigste würde ich sagen ist Motivation. Bzw, dass die entscheidenden Person deine Motivation auch erkennt. Wenn dich eine Stelle wirklich interessiert, mache auf jeden Fall ein Anschreiben fertig, oder, falls das evtl (in einem kleineren Betrieb?) möglich ist, gehe vielleicht einfach vorbei/rufe an und frag ob der Chef Zeit hat. Mache klar, dass du keine Lust auf Nichtstun hast und aktiv bleiben oder wieder aktiver werden willst und Dinge schaffen willst. Das ist vielen Chefs wichtiger als Vorkenntnisse. Mir persönlich würde das schriftlich einfacher fallen, da man das in Ruhe Zuhause machen kann.
