Been playing for over a year, and still 15 minutes is too short for me to learn a map.
Been playing for over a year, and still 15 minutes is too short for me to learn a map.
It took me over halfway into the KO rounds (of div 33) to figure out the gears on this, and I’m still not sure if I’m doing it correctly.
Thanks, I’m going to try! (Except if I don’t enjoy it like the previous season.)
Pretty drivable for an ice map!
Quite OK for an ice track.
Won div 29, my best ever first and my third COTD win ever.
I like the map because it was easy to be consistent on but hard to perfect.
Same for me! I didn’t like last campaign so I didn’t play that one a lot, but this campaign is cool. I only have maps 21 and 25 left. Grind timer is at ~4 hours for map 21 and ~2 hours for map 25.
How long have you been playing? My account is just over a year old and I think I average at 2-3 hours of play time per week. So aside from the occasional CoTD, I don’t spend a lot of time in TM.
I love mixed as a style, but I didn’t get the jumpy transitions at all. Minus.
I’m not sad that I couldn’t join this one.
++ map, loved it. Really bummed out that I couldn’t get a clean run during the qualis. After two KO rounds I got the lines down.
I love this! It’s exactly the difficulty I needed for training grass & tech. Definitely going to grind this :)
Kinda meh? It all came down to how smooth you could enter the first wallhug. This even showed in the final round of div 1.
Similar things have happened before and I can’t remember any time they said sorry. A small gesture isn’t that hard right?
I got another top 4 of my best placements, just like yesterday so I feel you. I also just paid for another year of membership which I solely have for COTD so it feels a bit of lost payments.
The track was so fun and I got my 3rd best div ever. #reallymad
I liked the concept. I didn’t play but did watch Scrapie’s stream for a bit. Not sure if I had liked the gameplay.
Bit weird in the start and with the booster on the sand, but smooth. Got AT in qualis which is exceptional for me.
So much better than spring. They have low entry level so everybody can play them, but there’s enough to them so better players have a lot to grind.
Kinda agree, but I still like to grind it. My level is about “happy when I get gold during quali”.
What makes it boring for you? Are the lines too obvious, the route too easy, the scenery too basic?
That was a wild ride.
And in the end, Scrapie wins.
