Holy shit I hadn’t clicked yet and hoped you were joking. I’m sure they mean well but I find that really disturbing, what a weird use of emoji…

Damn, yeah hard to give any benefit of the doubt when it’s so opaque like you say. Very concerning
Not arguing, just want to be able to quote this confidently - can you link a source for this?
I can find some info about Australian-made aviation parts going to other countries as per existing agreements, who use them in aircraft that are then supplied to Israel. Which is absolutely still shit, but I can’t find anything about direct weapon sales to / from Israel
When this is your reaction to being asked for a source, people will immediately conclude that your claims are 100% made up
The suspense is killing me…
YES It was a Dodge Viper game, as in that was the only car available I think. And there was a button to either crush the car more or maybe launch it into the air? I’m pretty sure that’s how I managed to crumple it into a ball with wheels just like you. 15 to 20 years ago sounds right
So, ethnic cleansing then
Read again. “at this point” clearly shows they are not saying “the Jews were the real Nazis”. You made that up to argue against it, real classy
Sounds likely to be a scent issue - Noki may have gotten the scent of another cat or animal on him which is confusing Scooter.
The steps you’re taking are good and might take time, I’d stay the course as if they are strangers and take the introduction slowly. In the meantime, there’s a product called Feliway (might be a different name where you are) that is a pheromone blocker, it can really help mute the stressful effects these scents can have. They use it in vet rooms a lot. Comes in a spray or diffuser, might help you.
Good luck, I hope it resolves quickly!
I also haven’t played the remake, but from what I remember hearing about it, they did redesign the ship layout and traversal, turning it from individual chunks to an actually interconnected large space. Not sure if it fully fixes your issues with it but it’s a huge effort to make a change that big
I’d love to be able to adjust line spacing in the body text of posts, like I’m able to do for the comments. Also, now that I’m writing this, I’m noticing that it would be nice to have that in this reply composition screen too. But maybe I just haven’t found that one?
This was what I was going to add. It’s basically just walking around and finding panels that have small 2d mazes on them, and solving the mazes. Sounds simple and honestly quite boring, but it quickly becomes far more special and ends up being so good.
Some of the solutions made me feel like my brain was folding in on itself before clicking into place
Ah yes, LttP… Obviously, I know what this means, but for others who don’t maybe you could elaborate?
Both of the Psychonauts games had such great writing, comedy is best when interwoven with actual substance and they nailed it
Hahaha ummm yeah as for your last sentence, I finally got around to getting a diagnosis for adult adhd recently and yes, having that focus naturally demanded of your brain by something you actually enjoy doing is definitely soothing. Kinda explains all of the activities I’ve always been drawn to (intense games, sim racing, rock climbing, skydiving etc)
Battle Royals - for me, it’s about how the consequences heighten the tension, and how the threat of getting unceremoniously smashed back to the lobby heightens the victories.
Playing with friends makes the the whole experience fun. If you drop and have some downtime ‘just’ gearing up, you can chat and hang out and goof around. Then when shit kicks off, it’s just so much more impactful (imo) than a game where you’ve just died and respawned a bunch already and you can do the same again. The teamwork and communication has to be next level and it feels so damn good to win a round, especially when you’ve been on the back foot and had to claw your way out of tough fights.
No mind tricks, not fussed about loot boxes and skins, just awesome memories from when we where playing enough to get almost half decent at it.
…and now I’m missing Apex Legends, might reinstall and remember that my friends don’t play it any more
Yeah this setting is messy in its current state. There’s no font size options for the post body text directly, but it does get affected by the “self text font” option (which should be separate imo).
That option isn’t there if you use any view type other than Cards or Slides though, so you have to change view type, then change the self text font, then change your view type back. This will change the font for the post body text.
Self text font is still missing the Line Spacing option which comment font options have, though
In the sidebar, hit the dropdown arrow next to ‘profile’. Or, go into your Profile and use the dropdown next to your account name
GAH this needs to loop… Is there a setting that I’m missing? Can’t find it, might be being blind…
Hmm. While I can see that and appreciate the inclusiveness of it, it still feels like the wrong choice to me. Maybe times are changing (obviously) and I need to get used to emojis being used in a more serious tone? But I don’t know… Are we there yet?
