  • Not all have websites sadly. Virgin for example got rid of their web app and now direct you to download them mobile app as the only way to manage your accounts outside of the brick and mortar branches. Obviously I now rarely use that credit card, if ever. But others may have their main bank accounts and mortgages etc with such a bank and that would suck.

    This is one of the reasons why I can’t migrate from visual studio to VS code for work. Everything is hidden beyond the weird palette search bar thingy. Just give me drop down menus and toolbars please. I’m sick of having to remember shortcuts for things I don’t do often enough to warrant it taking space up in my very limited pool of memory



  • Are you serious? You think being competitive is what makes people only play these games?

    Sweetie, there are plenty of other competitive games out there and usually they have transferable skills.

    We don’t “need” the amount of fighting games we have but people rotate between them on a regular basis because they don’t have the same kind of predatory practices that keep people locked into a specific one where if they switch to another they’ll feel like they’ll lose out on their progress and the potential that they then wasted their time on the previous game.
