Ah, more AI-caused problems. Love to see it.

Ubuntu is one of the most used distros in both desktop and server environments. Take down the update servers, can’t patch CopyFail. Can’t patch CopyFail, more time to access affected systems.
That’s my paranoid take anyway.

Good. Zero sympathy for these people.

Secure Boot can sometimes mess with it. Try disabling that in your BIOS.

It is not my intention to question or insult your intelligence, only to offer a stupid solution as it’s happened before.
Is your monitor connected to the video card and not accidentally the motherboard?

Now we wait for the inevitable Thick Ass Thieves mod that gives every character cake

My account itself is 18 years old. If your account itself is of legal age can you skip age verification?

This is the first time my console I purchased around launch has appreciated in value. Several times.

Lutris has always been a pain in the ass to use. Nothing I set up worked properly. Manually setting things up via Proton has worked just fine for me, so nothing of value was lost with this fiasco.
Just do it. It’s a simple process and will only brick it if you’re an absolute moron.

I will never not smile at these lumps of shit falling apart.

I’m not that person from before, but that is still pretty dirty. Those shoulder buttons are yellow, the grey plastic seems to be covered in a film of what I assume is oil from a person’s hands, and what are those brown things on the side? I assume clips for some kind of rear protection.
That said, no drift yet is astounding. Even the people I know who baby their electronics experienced drift eventually. When did you get this? Curious if it’s a newer model and they made some changes.

Think of the dumbest person you know. Not that one. Dumber. Dumber. Yeah, that one. Now realize that ChatGPT has said “you’re absolutely right” to them no less than a half dozen times today alone.
If LLMs weren’t so damn sycophantic, I think we’d have a lot fewer problems with them. If they could be like “this could be the right answer, but I wasn’t able to verify” and “no, I don’t think what you said is right, and here are reasons why”, people would cling to them less.

Guess it’s time to archive Myrient. A group of people could take care of it - split it into categories, download, and then sit on it until a new host can be found.
Entire categories are easy to download with a simple curl call.
Is it a theory if it’s proven? I guess gravity, relativity, etc are factual even if they are theories.
