So, is the community forced to purchase the house if someone moves out? Or is it more of a renting situation and you never actually own your home, you just rent it from the community and when you move you lose all effort and time you have put into improving your home?
All you have to do is look at the military “on base” housing to see how bad places can get if you never own anything. And I am not really sure that I would want to live in an apartment situation my entire life. I already think things like “eminent domain” are bullshit, but I can’t even conceive of how truly dystopian it would be to have your housing controlled by the government and whatever whacko managed to claw their way into power most recently.

So, if I am going to college and I am sick of living in a dorm, i would have to buy a house to live off campus?
Or I get a job offer in another city or state, I have to buy a place to live before I even get to find out if I want to stay long term?

Would the police do anything about it even if you had 100% irrefutable proof of who did it? Would you settle for Amazon displaying to those 385 people in your town that sort of look like the thief ads for tools that would make it easier to break into your home?

The government also did its best to reduce the number of security personnel as much as possible, and flat out refused to send help once the chuckle fuckery began.

Obviously, his intent is to declare a national emergency nation wide and then “due to safety concerns”, he will have to put off the next elections indefinitely. The key difference between this Trump presidency and the last, is that the people backing him this time have weaponized his stupidity. They are definitely doing some really nefarious shit while he runs around playing dictator. They started by getting rid of every watchdog group within the government, and then eviscerated every department that had access to massive amounts of money. So, just like the $12billion dollars in actual cash that mysteriously disappeared during GWs presidency, we are going to find the literal trillions of dollars that were in the coffers of those governmental departments somehow magically gone without a trace.

It is going to take decades for people to even get a basic understanding of all the nefarious shit it’s going down right now.

I think that the problem is that you are being too smart rather than dumb. I think you are grossly overestimating the amount of thought that a good portion of consumers put into their purchases. What would happen? Your house and at least five other houses around it would be riddled with so much lead that it would be declared a hazmat site. They would then “find” 40 bags of cocaine on property.
