We can’t even get reliable broadband across the full US yet (Hughesnet still somehow has customers), i don’t see consumer-VDI being especially popular any time soon.

Here’s hoping they’ve got a larger version of phone for whatever they end up with. The price gap for the pixel 9 XL (i got big hands, i couldn’t type reliably on a base model size) was kinda nuts

Pixels have a fold, and you get GrapheneOS for that. I tried a fold for about a week, just felt really uncomfortable holding that expensive a phone with so very little case options

My understanding is that unless you’re explicitly configuring yourself with Testing repos, you’re getting already tested software in your updates and should be fairly stable even with a rolling release.

For my gaming PC (Fedora) I’m pretty much updating whenever there’s updates. Non-gaming Laptop? Debian stable, i don’t need or want bleeding edge.

I’m kinda curious what baking apps there are, i use a multi-timer for different bread rising stages but that’s all I’ve got
