thanks a bunch that helps! in terms of reddit, i’ve been using it for almost 15 years and the subreddits i liked seem to have changed recently, or maybe gotten “too big”. i think the API changes last year really shook things up too. hence why i’m on beehaw now! anyway, i’ll take a look at the lemmy verse communities, thanks!

Is this a reference to the ICJ case on Gaza? A coup leading to civil war is different than an apartheid the West (which runs international geopolitics) has been directly involved with for almost a century, so obviously it’ll get a different amount of attention. Not to mention many Palestine protests directly mention Sudan, Yemen, The Congo, etc. I find it a little odd you’re using one conflict to discount another. You’re welcome to join the protests and raise awareness for Sudan, no one is stopping you and people will even cheer you on.
