Right? Like… I love most of the UC stuff. I just want a war drama with badass pilots getting the job done for something other than just glory. Mikazuki was forging a new future. It had more of a Gurren Lagann fight the power vibe than anything, but it was great.

If you can’t do it through legislation there’s always baseball bats, guns, fists, knives, and other useful tools to get the job done.

Man, Iron Blooded Orphans was just on a completely different vibe and level than most modern Gundam in my opinion. What a tragic, awesome, and triumphant story throughout and the Barbados was bad ass.

Fellow atheist here. I swear, are you me because I feel the same way? All these people on the right come across so childish in their beliefs and behaviors. Whenever I get them talking about their hangups that is usually the question I ask them. Are you a baby or something? It forces them to self reflect which I think many of them are lacking in doing on a regular basis.

This has actually frightened me for years. There are fucking weirdo’s out there that believe so much in the Bible that I think they are actively trying to make the end times prophecy happen rather than just, you know… Evolve?

I remember when Reddit threads would have 50000 plus comments on the regular that felt like real discussions where karma kept the assholes in control. The front page always felt full of new things and it felt democratic in a way. In recent years it feels empty, algorithmic, and just kind of sad. Reddit felt like a safe place even with some of the grimier subreddit becoming popular. Now it’s just a oligarch pandering Nazi sympathizer platform. I was on there for 12 years and am happy I left it behind.

I said justice would’ve seen Trump tried on January 7th and hung on January 8th. That got me a soft ban. Then I said kill all Nazis but six and save them for pallbearers. That got me a permaban. Tearing the bandaid off on 12 years of comments and posts hurt but so far I like the attitude of Lemmy a lot better. It feels like real conversation instead of just shitposting and trolling.

It’s all the juicing and human growth hormone that made her ugly head swell into a pumpkin doing most of the heavy lifting on her already shitty personality. This crazy bitch is a walking (on her fucked up hammer toes) roid rage ready to happen at any moment.

Especially when your partner is a vengeful mother figure that physically, emotionally, and spiritually destroys you over several years until you finally leave it all behind and recognize how empty your life has been and how much self blame was gaslit and manipulated out of you.
