You just described every job I have every worked at, useful information either way because its all dead on point and important to keep in mind.

this is way more indepth and informative than I could of possibly hoped for, thank you so much - I’ll get started with CC from ISC2.

Honestly one of the most interesting parts to me as I enjoy the concept but it can be tricky to filter out bad information from good. Do you have any recommended readings on the subject, any books or info you would consider to be biblical in their importance or fundamental?

appreciate the feedback, “learn to code” was pushed for so long, now “coding is dead” is the new vibe, but glad to hear there may still be options for people like me out there.
Going to continue to hone my skills and work my unrelated job as long as it lasts.

Do you see viable career paths for people who love technology and computer science without a formal degree who is interested in getting into it, or is that just a dead end pipe dream?

I don’t see anything that indicates danger according to the american cancer society, according to them it is entirely cost benefit although they do admit it has not been thoroughly studied in populations 45+.
Having multiple sex partners, or recently divorced is an indication for getting it though - so if you’re a big 'ol slut (<3) you should consider it at any age, if you can get it paid for.

Hopefully not me, I follow medical science, although obviously herd wide health practices will suffer which may result in higher mortality for everyone, even those who follow medical science.

yikes, dude is gonna be draining the four humors.

Great point, like I mentioned above it was a tactic used by imperialists too, divide the population into haves and have nots, the haves will typically shoot the have nots to protect what they have… I guess capitalists use it too.

If you look at the history of massacres of protestors, specifically in the continent of Africa, often times the people doing the shooting are not fellow country men, a lot less people are killed, or not by small arms fire, by comparison this is a real bad one, which is why I responded such.
If you consider the psychological impacts of having to shoot people in front of you, specifically your members of your own “tribe”, although I know there are long standing imperial divisions in countries like Tanzania.

Yikes, shotgun wounds, meaning the soldiers just straight up opened fire on a crowd of their own people… Where has our humanity gone?

How many kids did they sentence to life in prison?

We are all painfully aware of the felon in chief.

Or are paying a sugar-baby

wtf is unnatural causes, were they executed? trampled to death? chem or bio weapons?
Wish I could read the whole article.

As a self proclaimed leftist who has been to many protests, I have never once heard anyone say the word Antifa except for my Maga boss when he thought Antifa was going to come and rob his house after the BLM protests…

I’m only half of the decision tree, but I really appreciate your kind words of encouragement :) we’re trying, but cautiously.

yeah definitely a meeting point of factors.

also this is global, so I thought there was a strong correlation between agrarian societies, having low or depressed wages, and having lots of kids to help with the farm labor, or because there isn’t much else to do for fun.
This could be a regressive imperialist view, idk, but its what I was always told about the correlation between wages and children, especially on a global scale - would be interested to see this same chart for singular countries, the USA for example.
Other commenter pointed out that typically higher incomes generally come with rights for child bearers… So that also could have something to do with it too.
Anecdotal, but partner and I have put off having children multiple times due to affordability, IE who can take that much time off work and still pay food/rent costs?
in 2026 NO 21+ ADULT should get a second look for possessing cannabis.
Come at me.
