It’s everywhere.
Stopped reading here. TL;DR
Am I doing this right?
Imagine 10 feet around you :)

With the results of chat out of the box I kind of agree with you that mistral feels behind.
However, there are some features that I really like and make the experience even better than chatgpt.
(I have never tried the paid version of any LLM chat so I can only compare free tiers)

How does this enshittify Linux as a whole? Yes they make their rootkit available for Linux. Yet you still have a choice to install it or not.

I read another article before which did not mention the script but only listed all affected packages. So yeah I should read this article :)

How do you guys check against that list? Especially when people have so many aur packages. I simply searched the list for each package manually but I only have 5. Do you write scripts?

Reusing them, even in small experimental projects, underscores a broader sustainability opportunity.
Bigger opportunity would be banning this shit.

Well, I think it’s not wrong to apply the same rules to any kind of vessel you take into the water. Therefore, it’s good to simply assume that every vessel in the water is some kind of boat so people don’t say ‘well akshually this is not a boat’ and do bullshit like this cybertruck driver.

Oh it did trigger me as well.
Didn’t know how to react because I was so dumbfounded.

I started replacing “to google sth.” with " to search sth." since I use several search engines besides google and for some of them using the brand name is just ridiculous.
“Let me DuckDuckGo that real quick!” quack

Suck my duck! quack!

I’ve heard people referring to the internal search function of a program as “google”.
One time someone wanted to use “find and replace” in VsCode and he just said “I google the word and replace it”.
You could take the corporate parachute over there or the corporate zip line over here!
Okay who in their right mind would order a single cookie or two? Please don’t tell me people actually do this?
Still running since 2020. No face plant, yet. It’s the most vanilla Arch + KDE install though so I don’t know what should be breaking.
