Great news!
Can anyone confirm if you can aim pal spheres with gyro? I’ve not played it on deck yet.

This looks cool, I’ll have to check out out. Thanks for sharing!

At one TSA gate they told me “all electronics out of your bag, yes, it’s the same as it’s been every day”
…“yeah but at the OTHER airport they told me take NOTHING out of your bag.”
I get that they have to repeat it every day and people still don’t comply, but even the compliant people might not remember the rules of a particular airport. It’s got to be a frustrating job.

I see the point but I do want to remind the infrequent fliers that you can bring nail clippers on planes now, and you’ve been able to for a long time.
Family occasionally visits and asks if they can borrow clippers when they arrive and im like “sure, but you can just bring your own.” Like what, are you going to hijack a plane with toe nail clippers!?

TBH, I haven’t played online yet. But I get tagged with the matchrequest ping once or twice a day.

Metriod Prime: Hunters.
It was the best FPS, arguably the only FPS, on the Nintendo DS. Nintendo has long since shut down their online service for the DS. However, if you go into your WiFi settings you can change your DNS to point to a server that spoofs Nintendo’s credentials.
Thanks to this exploit you can play all the original DS games online with a legitimate game, on a legitimate console. There’s even a discord for MP:H with a matchmaking channel, clans, and regular tournaments. (The same probably goes for Mario Kart DS)

I love that this exists but never have used it.

I really wish there was a desktop version. The webapp starts to chug when the project gets anywhere near remotely-large.

Shoot, krita has content aware now? Other than non-destructive editing/layer styles that’s one of the big things keeping me on PS.
It doesn’t even need to be amazing, it just needs to be good enough. I think the weirdest thing about krita for me was how you type text in a dialog box instead of on the canvas.

I really hope it’s not like goog where if you ever want to download that data your download speeds are reduced to a crawl and everything about the download is convoluted.
I’d be terrified that something would startle the cat and she’d fall.

Most of those CLI instances I had to do on week one.
Since then… Hardly ever. (On Pop_OS!)

brb, pirating ducks.

Thank you! Turns out the problem was something else, but I learned about the dbus today too.

SOLVED: So I plugged the BTD into the windows machine and did a firmware update, the update software is available on sennheiser’s website. (Not sure if that was needed)
In Pop_OS! I went into sounds settings and made sure the sound output was to “Digital Output (S/PDIF) BTD 600.” If it’s set to “Analog Output BTD 600” the audio is compressed. I could have sworn that I had tried this before, but apparently not.
The same thing applies to the C81. Make sure it’s using the digital output to the Avantree C81, not the analog output to the C81.

How do I watch the dbus? I don’t know what that is.

Hey everyone! Here’s a list of phone numbers! Real, legitimate phone numbers! Anyone can view this list of phone numbers, for free!
But whatever you do, DON’T call anyone on this list, OK??
I bet you do, don’t you? THANOS!
Neat.
