I’m working in server all day anyway. Licences are not a issue with most desktop software that we use. We have almost unlimited access to the Microsoft catalog with a combination of our subscriptions. As a system administrator doing what I do, it’s not much different from ltsc except I have to use a couple of local group policies so I’m not badgered by system prompts

Felony Flats is one of the nicer nicknames that neighborhood has. The street I live on is also famous, but it is famous for being the road with the old historical houses and generally upper class atmosphere, the popular walkway/trail runs alongside it.

Everything being equal and it came down to splitting hairs, if someone was to see the street names and addresses and knows the area, they would absolutely give me an opportunity vs my neighbor of just a few blocks away.

i have a lot of experience in my field with recognized organizations. At the hardest period of finding work, I never had to send out more than 10 resumes at a time. Fuck that noise, 109 should be generating more attention unless it’s for jobs clearly out of scope with your skills.

my advice for young people without experience, treat your hobbies as jobs and how you tried mastering it. This is why scouting and girl scout kids get more opportunities. They can describe the skills they recognize in themselves and articulate it on paper.
