My cats are broken and refuse to climb cat shelves. They also don’t like going to the top of the cat tree. I think they are scared of heights :(

When my indoor cat escaped one night as I was coming home, I spent days looking for him. We’d go out every night and would see the paw prints he left on neighbours doors scratching to get in. We found him after 7 days, thankfully, but in my search I found a neighbour who said that when he first moved to the complex, his cat escaped and he thought he was gone for good. He gave up eventually but THREE YEARS LATER, his cat came roaming around again. Them cats are wild.

Okay an RV makes sense. I was trying to figure out how one would secure cats during camping without outright caging them. It doesn’t specify in the article, but it could make sense if they escaped through an RV window or a door was left ajar.

They definitely would, but might have to sit in them for longer. Cats just like their owners and want to be in places that smell like us. Or if there’s sunshine, that will help too.

Still a tuxedo cat I think, but more specifically maybe a Sylvester cat. She escaped the SPCA pickup of her litter and my partner’s parents nabbed her a little while later. She is a sweet traumatized little angel.

My vet (and I think most vets) can be amenable to payment plans if you ask them. Other than that, in Canada there are various pet payment assistance programs available but you have to be at or below poverty line for most of them. Maybe your country has something like that?

Honestly, I had that one and this GIF of a fat weiner dog chasing batman saved to my bookmarks for a long time because they bring me so much joy.

With my current cats I have a clear favourite so I would go to her, and then the other one would run in the room and demand the attention because he is a needy little shit. I love him though, he just never lets her (or anyone) have a moment of peace.
