So then it’s a completely different situation than when hamas was using the hospital.
The hospital was shut down in November and Israel moved in some time after that so while it’s still not a great look, it’s a far cry from Hamas allegedly using active hospitals.
Great job by the IDF killing people in a hospital and lying about the pretenses. And after throwing everyone out and destroying the medical equipment they turn hospitals and schools into military bases.
This is even worse than the thing Hamas did not do.

I recommend reading the UN report on israel’s Genocide by Franscesca Albanese if you want to learn about international law. This Hasbara version is not how international law works.
Also this is way worse as israel is illegitimately destroying hospitals, torturing patients and doctors and then using the place as a base. All while lying about the pretext of their assault on a hospjtal

Then israel proceeds to actually use those hospitals as bases for their own soldiers.
