If she gave a fuck about abortion rights she wouldn’t be telling people to vote for Trump. That’s like Nazi sympathizers writing “memoirs” about Jewish rights

I’m not saying she’s right, but the position and circle she’s involved in is not exactly ideal for self reflection or voiced opinion.

Shes an idiot for supporting trump at all, and certainly for marrying him, but someone can support a candidate while also not agreeing with them on everything.

YOUR STATE CAN MAKE ABORTION LEGAL!!!

YOU NOW HAVE MORE POWER TO MAKE IT LEGAL IN YOUR REGION(aka your STATE)!!!

THIS IS HOW THE COUNTRY WAS SET UP!!!

IF YOU WANT NATIONWIDE ABORTION LEGALITY, VOTE FOR REPS THAT WILL WORK TO MAKE IT HAPPEN!!! (not the fools who have been in power for decades that have perpetually pushed it to the back burner!)

IF IT DOESN’T GO YOUR WAY THE FIRST TIME, IT DOES NOT MEAN YOU LIVE IN A DICTATORSHIP OR IN “THE HANDMAID’S TALE”! IT JUST MEANS THERE ARE STILL MORE PEOPLE WHO ARE AGAINST IT THAN THERE ARE PEOPLE FOR IT!! THAT COULD CHANGE IN THE FUTURE!!!

THIS IS WHAT WE CALL DEMOCRACY!!

It was an I individual right and that right was taken away and given to the state. And trump was proud of this. No amount of spin will change this.

You’re just on the side of big government.

Weird how allowing the states to decide is freedom when it concerns reproductive rights but is oppression when it concerns gun rights.

Who even said that? Please, pass laws in your state against guns! From what I have read, that will not be enough for some. Just like having a loose agreement on abortion was not enough for some. The push for forcing religious businesses to provide resources for abortions is what started this whole mess.

Nobody said shit until people started trying to force Hobby Lobby to provide insurance that includes abortion coverage.

It’s just never enough for some. Then there is push back and the side that started the mess wants to act like they are the victims. It’s the same crap on so many issues!!

You need to learn to do your own homework before weighing in on issues. If you feel that is an attack on you personal then there is no point in me wasting any effort here.

I am so astonished at your lack of knowledge but confidence to post that I have to assume there is a level of willful ignorance at play and would need to start with understanding the foundation of your confidently incorrect understanding of abortion rights history in America.

If Hobby Lobby doesn’t want to provide insurance that provides coverage for healthcare issues then they should lobby to have health insurance nationalized so that they won’t have to provide shit. Because having healthcare tied to your job is batshit insane.

I can’t tell if you’re a true believer or a really good troll. If the first, eat a whole bag of dicks. If the second, great job. I truly believed you’re an idiot and a complete piece of shit. This is a masterpiece of satirizing cranial-rectal inversion the likes of which you rarely encounter in real life.

I can’t believe people aren’t addressing this line of trivially disprovable bullshit (although I guess the capslock was distracting enough that you snuck it past them). Republicans’ abortion restrictions are overwhelmingly unpopular nationwide, and the only reason this is even happening is because of 6 Republican SCOTUS justices who were (except for one) nominated under a POTUS who didn’t win the popular vote (all three Democratic justices who voted against it though were nominated by ones that did win the popular vote).

Often within these shithole, backwards states where it gets banned, abortion is quite popular. For example, 60% of people support it in Texas despite it having been outlawed there. But bans are enacted anyway thanks to how unrepresentative of the voters state legislatures can be due to Republican gerrymandering.

In Florida, there’s a ballot measure to revert a ban, but it may not pass because it needs 60% of the vote. Nonetheless, it’s unambiguous that over 50% of people support the amendment.

Missouri, which has an amendment to undo abortion bans on the ballot, has 52% support. Last I checked, 52% means there are more people for abortion than against it.

In Arizona, the state’s Republican supreme court ratfucked their way into reintroducing an abortion ban, and the legislature only just marginally by a few votes undid this despite only 20% of Arizonians supporting its criminalization before fetal viability.

You have no idea what you’re talking about. And most importantly: this shouldn’t be something left up to the states. Abortion is a woman’s right, not something that should be up for creepy politicians to decide against.

What an amazingly ignorant take. 2/3 of the country is overall in favor of abortion rights so hey, you happen to live in a state against it, often due to court stacking or gerrymandering? Fuck you, maybe you die now.

You know what else was democratic?

        Jim Crow.

I don’t want to repeal the 13th-15th amendments, and Mississippi still rejects the 24th amendment.

We should give democratic power to the states, but only to functional ones, you wouldn’t want to live in Somalia or Afghanistan and call that democracy, in the same vein we shouldn’t accept what passes for democracy in the south, it’s only one step up from apartheid.

She’s saying women deserve the right to decide what happens to their bodies?

Yet she married, and is still married to, a rapist. And let’s be honest, she probably had first had knowledge of that before she ever married him.
