I am just curious about people’s taste here, since this community looks sane compared to other “loony-toons” gaming subs or forums online.
You don’t need to explain yourself just name them.
Thanks

No man’s sky
Bonus: Trog, wacky wheels, worms
I bought No man’s sky to play with my kid, really wanted to like it. I spent 4 hours trying to figure out what to do… Was able to launch from the first planet, landed on another and then wasted 2 hours of my life walking around unable to finish mission (the rock was too high) or launch again into space (no fuel) or speak to aliens (no language)
Only game in the last 20 years I’ve probably spent 100hrs on. Maybe even forever
Havent played it in years but thats pretty much the gameplay cycle. Every planet has some fuel resources, you’re never totally stuck, but its harder to find on some. Sometimes its a major hike and it sucks. Sometimes theres tons of good stuff every where. Its random.
Alien language is learned by finding monument things one word at a time, takes a long time to reveal and there are several languages.
Descent 2 is a deep cut.
