    Those dilated pupils…when I see those in our cats, I know trouble is coming.

      Haha actually this is the normal size of his pupils in this lighting condition (it was night time with some lights on). His pupils can get larger (see below).

      I used to play hide and seek with one of my kitties. I noticed that her pupils would dilate about a quarter of a second before she’d strike. We had to stop playing because she started stilling when we weren’t in play mode. She only attacks toys now (and our other kitty, but in a normal playful way).
