Cyberpunk had always been dystopian tho. The point of dystopia is that it looks like utopia until you’re in it.

lesbian game night has consisted of goblin with a fat ass in between rounds of frosthaven so mashing all three of those canons (a shadowrun goblin with a phat ass in frosthaven, shown by standing next to one of the crab people i guess? that’s how it was in my brain use your own imagination it’ll be more fun) just gave me quite the dopamines. thank you.

Uhhhh, blame! fits the bill. I’ve recently started reading it after stumbling upon the movie. This might sound like low praise, but I can’t figure out any other way to describe it without trampling over some facet of its mystique. It’s worth the time
